Deerbrook Voices (“the site”) is an independent group of Deerbrook residents in Land O' Lakes, Florida. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized to act on behalf of the Deerbrook Homeowners Association, the Deerbrook Community Development District, their management company, or any board associated with either body.

Anything posted here — announcements, summaries, polls, documents, or comments — is the work of individual residents and represents their opinions only. For the official position on any matter, visit deerbrookcdd.org or contact the HOA / CDD management company.

Access is intended for current residents and members of the Deerbrook community in Land O' Lakes. By creating an account you affirm that you are a current Deerbrook resident or have a direct connection to the community.

Voices reserves the right to remove accounts that misrepresent their connection to the community, or that are used to harass other neighbors.

You retain ownership of anything you post. By posting, you grant Voices a non-exclusive license to display that content on this site to other residents.

You are responsible for what you post. Don't post anything defamatory, threatening, harassing, infringing on someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to share. Voices may remove content at our discretion.

Polls and ballots opened on the site are not legally binding on the HOA, the CDD, or any board. They are a way for neighbors to register and share their opinions. Treat the results as community sentiment, nothing more.

The site is provided as-is. Voices makes no guarantees about accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We're neighbors with a website, not a service provider with SLAs.

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Voices and the residents who run it will not be liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything posted here.

We may update these terms over time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
